Baby Sophie

Finally, baby Sophie is born! My friend had a baby yesterday. It is a beautiful girl named Sophie. 

We will be visiting her monday, that gave me the time to make a nice gift for them.

I have been making two bibs and two spittle cloths. I used red and orange because these are one of the many colors they use in the nursery. Don't tell the parents yet, it has to be a suprise!

PTT Post lampshades

The last couple of days have been terrible, a lot of rain and it was very cold. An ideal time to try out my new experiment: making lampshades. This is the result, I made it out of PTT postmen bags, looks nice doesn't it?!

Today I have been making some postman bags. They are made out of original mailbags. Do you like this one?

My Fall Dress

This winter I was planning on making clothes instead of buying. Here is my first dress made out of tricot.

Disco Fever

Today I have been working on my vest. The vest has a shouting print, but I think it is kinda cool. It reminds me a bit of the days that disco music was very hip and happening :) What do you think?

Today I went to this very cute shop in Enschede, it's called Bido. They have a wide range of charms and accessories. So I bought a couple of charms and this is my result!
